Freight & Delivery

How we freight your implement

Every implement is inspected, and where needed strapped, crated or palletised, before it leaves our North Shore Auckland warehouse. Small parts and accessories (under 25kg) go by courier straight to your door. Larger implements and attachments are handled by Mainfreight Transport, on a raised-dock, pallet-to-pallet basis built for heavy freight.

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of your order. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Delivery timeframes

Typical transit time once dispatched is 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location and the size of the implement. Rural and remote addresses, and larger or heavier items, can take a little longer — see our Delivery, Free Shipping & Rural Addresses page for how rates and rural delivery are calculated.

Picking up from a Mainfreight Transport depot

If it suits you better to collect from a Mainfreight Transport depot rather than have an implement delivered to your address, just enter the depot address in the shipping address field at checkout (or note it at checkout) and we'll route it there.

Mainfreight operates several divisions besides road transport (Air & Ocean, Warehousing, Metro, Home Delivery and more), all listed together in their branch directory. To find the right one, use their directory and filter by Region — New Zealand — and Category — Transport — rather than just searching by town. That will show you the Mainfreight Transport depot itself, not a courier or warehousing branch nearby: Mainfreight Company Directory.

Delivery to Australia

We also ship from our Brisbane branch to addresses throughout Australia. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
